The presentation of possibilities at The Retreat was professional but also personal; both Cleve and Cathie expressed genuine interest in us and our needs and showed us what they had to offer without being the least bit pushy. Once we made our decision and returned to Wyoming, they kept us informed by phone and e-mail, including pictures, of every aspect of the building process. When we were unable to make decisions about lighting fixtures because of the distance and of the fact that we had already made two trips to Livingston, they listened to our suggestions and selected the fixtures for us.
