Our homes are easy-living, single-story homes that allow you to live a lifestyle with maximum freedom and minimal home maintenance. At The Retreat, we are currently offering five different plans (plus a Casita on some plans) with the opportunity to customize and vary each to meet your own unique taste and individual needs. The designs are spectacular, and the energy and moisture management technology and products are the latest available. All exteriors are brick and stone with Hardie treatments. Unlike many houses you may have lived in, these are built for the Southeast Texas climate. They're rugged, yet beautiful and are a place to be proud of.
Each new homebuyer is assigned a personal designer from the Design Gallery in Houston to help with all the selections involved in building a new home in The Retreat. The idea is to have fun as your new home evolves, not to lose sleep over it!
